How can I get a certified transcript?

A. During the deposition, you can inform the digital reporter that you want to order a certified transcript.

B. When you log in to your Parrot account after a deposition, there are a couple of ways to order a certified transcript from the website:

1. Log-in to your account at https://app.parrothq.com/

2. Click into the case where the deposition is scheduled

3. Highlight the deposition folder

4. In the Proceeding Details panel on the right, select 'Order certified transcript'

5. Choose the turnaround time you prefer and click ' Confirm Order'

Alternatively

1. Log-in to your account at https://app.parrothq.com/

2. Click into the case where the deposition is scheduled

3. Open the transcript

4. Click 'Order certified transcript' in the top menu bar
