How can I upload my exhibits?

Different ways for you to upload an exhibit for the purposes of adding it as an amendment to the certified transcript

Under Depositions:

1. Log-in to your account at https://app.parrot.us

2. Click into the case where the deposition is scheduled

3. Highlight the deposition folder

4. In the Proceeding Details panel on the right, click 'Upload exhibits', and upload the files

5. Once the files are uploaded, the order of the exhibits can be changed by clicking 'Change exhibit order' and dragging the files (on the six dots) in the correct order

Note: If the event is ongoing, you will not be able to upload an exhibit.  Upload it once the deposition is done, or send it as an email to exhibits@parrothq.com. 

Accessing Exhibits Through the Exhibits Folder

Exhibits can also be accessed in their appropriate folder

1. Log-in to your account at https://app.parrothq.com/

2. Click on the case where the deposition is scheduled, click on the deposition folder, and click on the Exhibits folder

3. All exhibits for that deposition will be visible in this folder. More exhibits can be uploaded by clicking the 'Upload exhibit' button on the right or the order can be adjusted by clicking 'Change exhibits order'

4. Exhibits can be deleted by clicking the three dots on the row of the specific exhibit file and clicking 'Delete'

How it Looks Like in the Transcript

1. The page number of the exhibit in the transcript will be indicated in the Index section:
