Event Cancellation Policy

To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to be fair our clients, attendees, and our team, we have established the following policy:

Free Cancellation

Cancelling or rescheduling your event to a later date before 5:00 pm local time on the business day before the event is free (more on our Hours of Operation). 

Late Cancellation

Events that are cancelled or rescheduled after the 5:00 pm deadline incur a fee.

Third-Party Vendors Cancellation

Events with a third party vendor (ex. interpreter) require cancellation at least 2 business days before the event to avoid a fee. Fees and policies are determined by the vendor and are subject to change.

In-Event Cancellation

Events Longer Than 30 Minutes:

Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled event within 30 minutes of the start time will incur a fee. This fee is applicable whether you cancel the appointment after the start of the event or simply do not attend.


Events 30 Minutes or Shorter:

Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled event within 15 minutes of the start time will incur a fee. This fee is applicable whether you cancel the appointment after the start of the event or simply do not attend.
