How to archive cases?

Archiving or closing a case hides the case from your Parrot dashboard while still retaining the data in our system. Closing cases can help tidy up your dashboard and are still searchable in the global search.

To archive a closed case

1. Log-in to your account at

2. Locate the case folder you want to archive

3. At the end of the row, click on the "•••" and click "Close Case"

In order to close a case, there must be no upcoming proceedings

  1. Select the general outcome of the case and click "Confirm"

  1. Now the case is in the "Closed" tab

To reopen a closed case

  1. Navigate to the "closed" tab of your Parrot homescreen
  2. Locate the case you want to reopen
  3. At the end of the row, click "Re-open case" and this case is back in the "Open" tab
