Schedule a Proceeding Using a Notice

Schedule a proceeding using a notice:

Scheduling a proceeding using a notice allows you to automatically fill out deposition details using the deposition notice rather than manually typing the information.

To schedule:

1. Log-in to your account at https://app.parrothq.com/

2. Under 'New' click 'Get Quick Link'

3. In the modal that appears:

A. Select the 'Proceeding type'

B. Copy the link shown, and paste it into your deposition notice

C. Upload the proceeding notice into this form in order for Parrot to parse the PDF

D. Once the notice is uploaded, you will see a message indicating the notice is being parsed

4. Once the notice is parsed, the standard Schedule Proceeding modal will be presented with the proceeding information automatically filled out. To complete the scheduling process, click 'Schedule' and the proceeding is scheduled!
