How can I upload a proceeding notice?

To upload the notice for a proceeding, follow these steps:

1. Log-in to your account at

2. Click into the case where the deposition is scheduled

3. Highlight the deposition folder

4. In the Proceeding Details panel on the right, click 'Upload notice' and select the file from your computer

Note: The uploaded notice will be seen on the Parrot event link. The listed attendees will be able to access the notice from the link. 

5. The notice can be replaced by clicking into the deposition folder and locating the 'Notices' folder. Delete the notice document and upload the new one by clicking '+ New' and selecting 'Upload notice'
